Rebate Disclaimer:
The selection, purchase, and installation of the energy efficiency measures (EEM) shall be the sole responsibility of the Owner(s). The Owner(s) must rely upon the Approved Installer selected by the Owner(s) regarding any representation or promise about the materials or labor required for installation of the EEM, the cost of such EEM including materials and labor, and any energy savings that may accrue from the installation of the EEM. Flathead Electric Cooperative’s (FEC) evaluation of the EEM is for the sole purpose of determining the Owner’s eligibility for FEC’s rebate program. Any required maintenance, repair, or replacement of the EEM shall be the sole responsibility of, and at the expense of the Owner(s). The Owner(s) understands FEC hereby disclaims any and all implied or express warranties (including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) for the EEM.
