What We Require
- Install eligible equipment to FEC specifications
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promote FEC programs and encourage program participation
- Maintain applicable licenses, certificates, and insurance

- Submit a signed Approved Installer Agreement (PDF)
- Submit a completed W-9 (PDF)
- Meet with an FEC representative to review the program and forms

- Complete the course Best Practices for Installing Ductless Heat Pumps
Air Source Heat Pump Installers
- Complete PTCS certification and sign a contractor agreement with BPA. Submit PTCS Certification
Ground Source Heat Pump Installers
- IGSHPA Certification
- Complete PTCS certification and sign a contractor agreement with BPA. Submit PTCS Certification
