The use of Flathead Electric Cooperative’s Community Room is available to member organizations and clubs that are noncommercial in nature, for meetings, hearings, trainings, etc., provided that the event is free of charge and there are no goods, services or gifts being solicited. The Community Room is not available for parties or receptions.
All organizations must provide the contact information of an active Cooperative member within the organization or group.
The Community Room is available seven days a week, between the following hours:
- Monday through Friday 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday through Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- The Community Room is not reserved until you make room rental payment in full of $75. If $75 is not received at least 10 business prior to the event, the room may be released for another use.
The Community Room is limited to one reservation per month per individual or group, with a maximum of 12 reservations per year per individual or group.
The maximum seating capacity of the Community Room is 225. Chairs and tables in the Community room are available for public use. However, the use of the Community Room’s kitchen and audio and visual equipment are not permitted.
The Community Room is open to all members of Flathead Electric Cooperative; however, groups who use the Community Room are not endorsed by the Cooperative. Views of groups using the community room do not reflect the views of Flathead Electric Cooperative.
Upon completing the Community Room Request & Use Agreement, you will receive an email accepting or denying your request within 2 to 3 business days. Upon approval, the rental fee of $75 per day must be paid to confirm the reservation. Flathead Electric Cooperative reserves the right to deny any request for use.
