Our Union employees’ compensation and terms of employment are negotiated with Local 768 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and set out in our Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Cooperative Spirit

The Co-op is “owned” by our members. Because we hire locally, this means our employees are members too. We engage with a cooperative spirit in everything we do – teams helping each other across the departments, employees helping our members, and the Co-op helping the communities we serve.
