As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, Flathead Electric belongs to you, and your feedback helps guide how we serve you. Our annual Member Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity to tell us what we’re doing well, where we can improve and what matters most
to you.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and includes a few simple questions, most of which are multiple choice. Your responses help us evaluate our performance, improve member services and make informed decisions for the future. If you have a question or concern and would like a personal response, you can request one through the survey.
