Your not-for-profit, member-owned Co-op belongs to you. Our mission is to provide competitive and reliable services, achieve the highest level of member satisfaction, and enhance the quality of life in our communities. Each year, we ask you to let us know how we’re doing via our Member Satisfaction Survey. Staff is genuinely interested in your feedback. We welcome your questions and concerns and will respond to you personally if requested.
If you take the time to let us know how you feel about your Co-op, you’ll be entered to win one of five $100 bill credits. The Member Satisfaction Survey is open September 2 – October 3. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete online and asks a few simple questions, most of which are multiple choice, to gauge our performance as your Co-op. Thank you for being involved in your Cooperative.
Bill credit winners will be announced by October 10. Members without internet access can call 406-751-4471 to complete the survey via phone and be entered in the drawing.
