We’ve spruced things up in an effort to serve you better.

We are so excited to share our new look and website! It’s more than a fresh coat of paint – this new brand will help us serve you better with easy-to-use digital tools while still providing the same reliable service our members have come to trust.

As your local member-owned Co-op, we are always looking for ways to improve how we serve you. We look forward to hearing what you think of these exciting changes! Here are a few new features we think you will enjoy:

Website

Welcome to our new website!

Easier to navigate and designed to work seamlessly across all your devices, our new website is a reliable, accessible resource for all your needs as a Co-op member. From managing your account and learning about energy saving opportunities, to finding information on our community service programs and discovering the benefits of being part of a member-owned Co-op – our new website is a tool designed with you in mind.

E-Newsletter

Starting this month, we will deliver LightREADING via email to members with an email address on file. So, go ahead… go paperless.

Mobile App

Our “My Co-op” mobile app allows you to manage your online account from anywhere. You can find it in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

(If you have our old SmartHub mobile app, it will still work, but we hope you’ll make the switch to our new one.)

Online Chat – Coming Soon!

Even though a real person still answers when you call your Co-op, we recognize that sometimes it’s not convenient to pick up the phone. That’s why we’re introducing a new online chat feature this February. Get a quick answer about your account, ask about a Flathead Electric program, or just let us know what you love about your Co-op… Check back in late February – we’ll be waiting to chat with you!
