Residential Service Rates

Residential Service Rates (PDF) – effective June 1, 2026
(all residential services, see rate schedule for Rules and Regulations)

  • Basic Charge (single-phase service): $26.66 per month
  • Basic Charge (three-phase service): $36.28 per month
  • Demand Charge: $4.93/kW during peak hours
    • Peak hours occur Monday through Friday from 7 to 10 a.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. There are no demand charges on weekends or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the event the holiday falls on a Sunday, there will not be demand charges on the following Monday.
  • Energy Charge:
    • $0.0547 per kWh (for the first 600 kWh per month)
    • $0.0644 per kWh (for 601-3,500 kWh per month)
    • $0.1002 per kWh (for 3,501 and over kWh per month)
