As a member-owned, democratically governed cooperative, Flathead Electric truly values your feedback, which we request each fall. This year, about 5,900 members sent in their feedback, and results from the 2025 Member Satisfaction Survey are in!
On a scale of 1 – 10, you gave your Co-op an overall satisfaction score of 9.29. Thank you sincerely for your feedback, whether positive or negative. If you left a comment, please know that it was read by multiple staff members, and that if you requested a response, you will receive one this winter.
As a reminder, the mission of Flathead Electric, a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, is to provide competitive and reliable services, achieve the highest level of member satisfaction, and enhance the quality of life in our communities.
