Flathead Electric Cooperative is inviting members to help showcase the people, places and experiences that make Northwest Montana special through its annual member photo calendar contest.
Members may submit photos depicting local wildlife, scenery, people, activities or other images that capture the area’s unique lifestyle. From memorable moments in the outdoors to everyday scenes close to home, the Co-op wants to see Northwest Montana through the eyes of its members.
Fourteen photos will be selected for the Co-op’s 2027 member calendar, which will be printed and available to members in November. Winning images may also appear in the Co-op’s newsletter and on its social media channels throughout the year. Each selected photographer will receive a $50 credit on their electric bill.
The contest is open to Co-op members who are nonprofessional photographers. Each member may submit up to six photos, and each photo must be entered separately. Submissions must be:
- High resolution (300 pixels per inch)
- Horizontal and non-panoramic
- Submitted as a JPG, TIFF or PNG file
