Yes. Because weather, fire conditions and system risks can change, BPA may:
- End a PSPS Watch before any shutoff is planned;
- Delay or cancel a planned shutoff;
- Change the anticipated timing or affected area; or
- Restore power after de-energization once conditions allow.
We will clearly explain which stage has ended or changed and whether any interruption occurred.
