The Flathead Electric Cooperative annual election is open now through May 15, 2026, at 11 a.m.
This year, three seats on the Co-op’s Board of Trustees are up for election, along with two Bylaw amendments. Candidate and election information is available on each mailed ballot or on our website.
All members of the Co-op are eligible to vote each year. Members can vote via the “My Co-op” app, a unique link sent to their email, or via traditional paper ballots that arrive in the mail (if not previously opted out of a paper ballot). Only one ballot per member will count. Members should not mail a ballot if they voted online. If more than one ballot is received, both will be invalidated.
Five members who cast their ballot will be randomly selected to receive a $50 electric bill credit.
Members elect fellow members to the Board of Trustees. The Board ensures democratic control of the Co-op by guiding operational decisions, reviewing financials, and approving agreements with other organizations or government entities.
