Who won this year's prizes?
On April 17, Flathead Electric Cooperative members gathered for their 88th Annual Members’ Meeting, which is required by Co-op Bylaws to be held once per year in conjunction with the Election. Trustees, staff, and guests joined members at Flathead Valley Community College’s Wachholz Center for an afternoon open house-style event.
The Energy Expo – featuring interactive and educational booths and demonstrations – was a hit with all ages. Food from 406 BBQ was served throughout. The Business Meeting featured guest speaker Rick Dunn, Benton PUD General Manager, who discussed resource security challenges and opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and the Flathead Valley. The always-popular prize and scholarship tables stayed busy with members signing up for a chance to win.

Scholarship Winners
High school and college students were encouraged to stop by the Annual Meeting & Energy Expo to interact with their Co-op and enter to win $500 scholarships funded by unclaimed capital credits. The students were required to personally enter to win (sorry, mom and dad!), but were not required to be present to win. Congratulations, scholarship winners:
