Flathead Electric Cooperative, Inc., is currently accepting applications for a Payroll Administrator in our Kalispell office.  This is a full time exempt position.  Wage DOE with an excellent benefits package.  

Duties: Responsible for the overall administration of the F.E.C. payroll.  Employee and management contact relative to payroll issues.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience Education: College degree (Associates or Bachelors) in Accounting or applicable field of study preferred.

Job Related Experience:  5 years of payroll administrative experience, including responsibility for regulatory and tax compliance.

Computer Skills: Proficient on 10-key and computer, to include Microsoft Office Suite.

Flathead Electric Cooperative, Inc., is currently accepting applications for a Member Service Representative in our Kalispell office.

This is a full time union position with a starting wage of $16.60/hour with step increases every six months leading to $19.92/hour after 24 months.

Duties: Primary responsibilities include serving as the initial contact for members via phone, walk-in or drive-thru, initiating service to new members, answering a variety of member questions, handle a variety of member account transactions, maintaining files on prospective and active members, collecting deposits and payments.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Job Related Experience: 2 years’ experience in a public contact position, preferably with money handling responsibilities.

Computer Skills: Proficient on 10-key and computer, to include Microsoft Office Suite.
