Northwest Energy Efficient
Manufactured Home Incentive Program

Effective January 1, 2003, Flathead Electric Cooperative will offer the following incentives on new electrically heated Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) homes sited in our service territory.

$750 Homeowner Rebate - payable to NEEM manufactured home buyers who site a new electrically heated NEEM home in our service territory. Payable after the home has been set-up and verified by a Flathead Electric Co-op representative. Home buyers will be required to submit a rebate form to Flathead Electric prior to set-up inspection.

$150 Sales Representative Incentive - payable to the sales representative who sells an electrically heated NEEM manufactured home that is sited within Flathead Electric's service territory. Sales representatives will be required to submit an incentive form for payment after the home has been set-up and verified by a Co-op representative. Payment will be made to sales representatives only, not dealerships.
