Flathead Electric Cooperative has implemented Card Verification/Validation

You will be asked at our e-bill site while filling out your card information.

The "Cid:" field after your Card Number in the picture below will have to be filled in.

What is CVV2/CVC2/CID Code?

CVV2 (Card Verification Value), CVC2 (Card Validation Code) and CID (Card IDentification #) codes are a new authentication scheme established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV2, CVC2 or CID codes at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand. You can find these codes on the back of the card where your signature goes. If your credit card does not have this code you will be unable to use a credit card with e-bill.
