Auto Pay

Simplify your life by setting up automatic payments. The amount of your electric bill will be deducted automatically from your designated bank account on your billing due date. Set up auto pay options through SmartHub (under “Billing and Payments” and “Auto Pay Accounts”). You will still receive your bill in the mail indicating the total amount deducted, unless you choose to go paperless (see below).

Go Paperless

Are you set up to view and pay your bill electronically, and no longer want to receive a paper bill? To go paperless, log into SmartHub, go to “My Profile” and click on “Update My Printed Bill Settings.” Use the slider to turn the printed bill status to “OFF” next to each account for which you no longer want to receive a paper bill.

Pay by Phone

Call our pay-by-phone system at 406-751-1839 or toll free 877-761-4637 to pay your bill 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Have your account number ready, and follow the voice prompts. If you’re making a payment from your checking account, you will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

Flex Pay

Flex Pay lets you take charge of your energy budget – you control when and how much you pay. You’ll buy electricity in advance, and that electricity will be automatically applied to your account. You can track your usage and account balance, so you’ll always know where you are within your budget, and you can add any amount of money to your electrical account at any time that’s convenient for you. Flex Pay participants avoid paper bills and late fees, and are not be subject to deposits or connection fees. A minimum electricity purchase of $50 is required to get started (smaller payment amounts are accepted after you enroll).
